Lindsey Epperly is an enthusiastic and innovative travel industry entrepreneur with over a decade of experience. She is the owner and CEO of Jetset World Travel, formerly Epperly Travel, and the Co-Founder of EntreTravel, an online travel agent training program.

While planning travel was the root of Lindsey’s industry career, she quickly found her passion in mentoring advisors. Thanks to her time spent as an independent contractor while building her personal book of business, she quickly identified the areas of tension that modern travel advisors face and has since built Jetset World Travel to disrupt the industry’s antiquated methods. The agency is dedicated to fostering a first-in-class virtual community, providing clarity around an advisor’s business practices, and tearing down cages — the term coined to represent the old-school commission models designed to cap an advisor’s upward potential.

As the pandemic rocked the travel industry, Lindsey adopted the personal mission of being a beacon during the industry’s darkest hour. In April of 2020, she launched Nourish, a networking group designed to keep advisors engaged in meaningful problem solving during the height of the pandemic. In 2021, she launched the Travel Agent Rebuilding Series, a free 15-video resource available on YouTube, with the intention of creating meaningful dialogue to rebuild the industry better. That same year, she led Epperly Travel through the acquisition of Jetset World Travel, bringing together two female-founded businesses and sending a powerful message for industry entrepreneurs. Most recently, she has led the company through the rebrand from Epperly Travel to Jetset World Travel, or from “me to we” as the team has dubbed the move, and parlayed EntreTravel from a consumer-facing brand to a proprietary training program for the Jetset team.

Thanks to the two successful businesses, Lindsey was named to the Forbes Next 1000 List of up-and-coming entrepreneurs in 2021 and placed as a semi-finalist in ASTA’s 2022 Entrepreneur of the Year. She’s also been named to the Wendy Perrin WOW List as the Caribbean specialist from 2015-2021 as well as Condé Nast’s Top Travel Specialists for 2021, in addition to past accolades like Travel Agent Magazine’s 30 Under 30 and Jezebel Magazine’s Trailblazing 10, and the 2020 Bulldog 100, celebrating the top 100 fastest-growing organizations operated by UGA alumni. She has previously been on the Gleneagles Advisory Board, and currently sits on the Radisson Luxury Advisory Council, the Accor Luxury Collective and the Belmond Maroma Opening Committee.

Her passions include writing and speaking on topics like building a business with heart, overcoming burnout, and turning obstacles into opportunities. When she is not leading the company, she is enjoying time with her family – husband and business partner, Jeremy, and their little girl, Mila.
