TOP TRAVEL MEMORY:
Ever since I was little and saw a picture of the towering Mont Saint-Michel, I’d been wanting to visit. I finally had the opportunity with my parents in 2019 and we discovered that you could stay overnight on the island, so we did just that! The architecture, history, and preservation of it all is absolutely stunning, and quite impressive. With only a handful of hotels on the island, after the crowd of visitors departed there seemed to be nobody really around. It was eerie, but very cool. It allowed us to really appreciate the surroundings without distraction. I felt transported back to medieval France, an experience I will always cherish!
