My favorite travel memory would have to be attending culinary school at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. It was an incredible and life-changing experience that gave me the opportunity to make international life-long friends, learn about a variety of cuisines from some of Europe’s most exciting chefs and farmers, and travel through the gorgeous country of Ireland.
BEST FOOD FIND:
A little gnocchi window on a side street in Montreal! The only choice is small or large and you receive the most cozy box of gnocchi+the best tomato sauce you’ve ever had. Simplicity at its best!
