First ever solo trip to an eco lodge in Nicaragua. The suite walls were all mesh and I laid awake all night not only hearing the waves crash on the shore but monkeys howling all night! I was terrified but in the most amazing way! It had been far too long since I had felt truly challenged and also in touch with nature.

Anything in Mexico City! Pepitas Mole, venison Tacos, and scorpions! You have to try it all because there was not a single thing I ate that didn’t leave a lasting impression.
